Operation of System

  • To Start: Press lock 3 times on the OEM key FOB
  • To Stop: Press lock 3 times on the OEM Key FOB
  • Parking Lights will illuminate during remote start mode if optional wires are connected
  • Run time is 15 minutes
  • All doors, hood and hatch/trunk must be closed
  • The vehicle will NOT shut off when the door is opened. You can get in and go without having to restart your vehicle.

Special Notes

  • Range is the same as your OEM Key FOB
  • Vehicle will NOT shut off when a door is opened
  • No Stage 2 Programming required

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Bought and installed the 2009-2015 Honda Pilot Plug & Play Remote Start Kit (standard key) in 2019. This past fall my alarm would go off for no reason. Thinking it was the remote start I reached out to 12Volt.Solutions and Chris was instrumental in helping me trouble shoot the problem. Turns out it was my hood latch went bad, not the remote start...Chris stood behind his product (even 3 years later) and helped me find the real issue...if I ever need another remote start, 12Volt.Solutions has my business!

It went in with the long range option in under 90 minutes and worked immediately with the simple programming instructions. The videos are very well done and segmented to each installation step. I appreciate not cutting a single wire or the need to trace wires all over the car. The support line answered all of my questions before purchasing this as a gift. You can tell this is a company that takes pride in their work and stands behind their customers. Well worth the money I paid, and I would gladly pay it again. Keep up the great work!
