Operation of System

  • To Start: Press lock 3 times on the OEM key FOB
  • To Stop: Press lock 3 times on the OEM Key FOB
  • Parking Lights will illuminate during remote start mode
  • Run time is 15 minutes
  • All doors, hood and hatch/trunk must be closed
  • The vehicle will NOT shut off when the door is opened. You can get in and go without having to restart your vehicle.

Special Notes

  • Range is the same as your OEM Key FOB

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Just as easy as advertised!

Wow, when they said 20 or 30 mins to install, they weren't kidding. It all comes down to: read the instructions. Watch the video. As you watch, pause as needed and familiarize yourself with all of the components and connectors in the box. Print the instructions. Have the video ready to watch on your phone if you need it while installing. (I didn't.) Then dive in. Installation and programming was actually more like 15 mins. The hardest part was getting the plastic panel snapped back into place with the added bulk of the new connectors, but that's really because I've never been great at wrestling with those plastic clips they use on interior panels. This is the first time I've ever installed anything without breaking at least one of those clips, so I'll count that as a win.

Bottom line: It's remarkable that an amateur can install a remote start system so easily. All because it was thought-through by folks who know what they're doing. Thanks, guys!
