Operation of System

  • To Start: Press lock 3 times on the OEM key FOB
  • To Stop: Press lock 3 times on the OEM Key FOB
  • Parking Lights will illuminate during remote start mode
  • Run time is 15 minutes
  • All doors, hood and hatch/trunk must be closed
  • The vehicle will NOT shut off when the door is opened. You can get in and go without having to restart your vehicle.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

I was very happy with the remote start kit for my Infiniti G37X. It was extremely easy to install and works with the factory remote, both of which were important to me. I liked this so much that I ended up ordering one from my Infiniti Q50 as well as the add-on SmartPhone App module for both vehicles. The instructions are so easy to follow and their installation videos are exceptional! I initially had a shipping problem with my first order but their customer service straightened this out immediately. I also contacted Technical Support for a question regarding parking light blink option and they responded in a very timely manner. All-in-all, I am very pleased with this purchase and the company!
