Operation of System

  • To Start: Press lock 3 times on the OEM key FOB
  • To Stop: Press lock 3 times on the OEM Key FOB
  • Parking Lights will illuminate during remote start mode if optional wires are connected
  • Run time is 15 minutes
  • All doors, hood and hatch/trunk must be closed
  • The vehicle will NOT shut off when the door is opened. You can get in and go without having to restart your vehicle.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Great support and a good product

I purchased this kit for my girlfriend's Honda Pilot, and I had some issues getting it working initially. Phone support was very good, but ultimately, I was able to set up an appointment to visit the company headquarters in Tulsa, where they were able to fix everything up very quickly, and the unit works great now. The people are very knowledgeable and professional. I'd definitely buy another remote start from 12volt Solutions.
