Operation of System

  • To Start: Press lock 3 times on the OEM key FOB
  • To Stop: Press lock 3 times on the OEM Key FOB
  • Parking Lights will illuminate during remote start mode
  • Run time is 15 minutes
  • All doors, hood and hatch/trunk must be closed
  • The vehicle will NOT shut off when the door is opened. You can get in and go without having to restart your vehicle.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

I installed this unit in about 20 minutes. If it wasn't for me missing one of the guides it would have been that easy. They were in the process of moving their guides to the new support section when I received the remote start so tech support had to send it to my email directly. They were very responsive and helpful. Their support team is the only reason I am not subtracting a star for the issues I had. Make sure you have the wiring harness overview and the install guide before starting your install. The unit itself appears to talk to the canbus and works very well. It doesn't mess with anything in the vehicle and it starts up every time. I chose the model that simply had the OEM remote 3x option. This works perfectly for my gf and I can't comment on the rest of the optional modules.
