Great service and delivery time.

Literally no car experience. Work for a living on the computer and was EASILY able to hook up the entire set up. Had a few issues, obviously user error lol, but when I reached out to their customer service they were EXTREMELY nice and responded with detailed instructions even a child could follow within a few hours of asking them. I sent a few messages to them, and every single one of them were responded with kindness, understanding and within a few hours.
Outstanding product and customer service. It’s a literal plug and chug, after hook up everything worked great and now have a remote start again without paying the yearly membership fees to Hyundai.

Unfortunately in this day and age we are usually underwhelmed with sub par products when ordering online. Somehow this has become acceptable. Every now and then we receive an item that absolutely exceeds expectations in quality and design.
This is one of those times. From the ordering, to the packaging, to the product, to the video tutorials, to the customer service, this is top notch! I would absolutely recommend these people. I was nervous about doing it myself, but I watched the videos a few times and it was no problem at all.
So buy it, you can do it too. It is that easy.
