Operation of System

  • To Start: Press lock 3 times on the OEM key FOB
  • To Stop: Press lock 3 times on the OEM Key FOB
  • Parking Lights will illuminate during remote start mode
  • Run time is 15 minutes
  • All doors, hood and hatch/trunk must be closed
  • The vehicle will NOT shut off when the door is opened - You can get in and go without having to restart your vehicle.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Warm car for the baby

My wife asked me to add remote start to her car so she could warm it up before putting our baby in it. I found this kit online. It was easy to find the right one for my car. It shipped quickly, and it was easy to follow the installation videos. I purchased the remote programming option and it was fast and easy to call in and get the unit programmed the day I was installing it. My wife has been very happy with it.

I received my remote starter with App module on Friday morning. I watched the videos ahead of time, so installation took less then 15 minutes. Once I got a technician on the phone to perform Stage 2 programming (after several different computer issues, on my end) with a very patient technician, the programming then only took another 15 minutes. He then talked me through the rest of the installation and within 10 minutes, I had a fully functioning remote starter for my 2013 Subaru Outback. I then installed the App module and set the App up in another 15 minutes. It took a total of about an hour and everything has been working flawlessly. I tried a cheaper, not plug and play product and didn't make it past taking it out of the box!!! This product and technical support have been much better then I could have imagined!!! I have already recommended this product to several people and am trying to talk my wife into letting me install one in her car!!
