No issues. The instructions could be more precise and align across sources but didnt rake roo long to figure it out

Got this kit for my wife's ES350. Installed in less than 15 minutes. I was able to install mine only removing the lower steering column cover. Didn't have to remove lower dash at all, it was super easy. Programming was the hardest part, and that wasn't hard at all! Hook it up, turn the car on, done lol. I'm very impressed! I would highly recommend this kit and company! Installation videos provided were very helpful and I'm assuming this must not be a very big outfit as I had a personal name instead of a company name on the return address so, kudos to the folks running this operation. Didn't have to use their customer service but it seemed like they would be there to help if you needed it.
Initially I ordered the wrong part. The return process was simple and Aiden was great to work with. This was my second 12Volt Solutions install. This one was a little more involved, but still only took about 15 minutes. I'm very happy with the product and the service.
It didn't work in my stock 2013 Tacoma.
Spent several hours working with tech support, they shipped a replacement and it still didn't work.
Tech support is busy but when you do get ahold of them they are helpful. For whatever reason this thing was not compatible with my truck.
I’ll start off the remote start works good. But the bad.. they send you a universal video for a random car of your manufacture. Thankfully I understand how vehicles work, but the non car person expediting a step by step process lol good luck.
The instructions to program the long range remotes is useless for the long range kit I got. I had to lookup the manufacturer idatastart programming for the model and to program them.
For the price you think they’d get the act together with proper instructions and guides. I guess it is what it is. Most people doing these diy probably have some 12v wiring experience and basic understanding of taking apart a vehicles dash.
Probably will never buy another kit with how bad it was.

Fast shipping both to and from. Install was very simple and just as the instructions showed. 20-30 minutes to install. Works exactly how it should. So far- great product.
100% plug and play so no splicing of wires. Programming the module was easy. I did step one of the setup and once done, sent the module back to 12 Volt for step 2 programming. They had it on it's way back to me in 24 hours. I followed the final steps of programming which were very easy and the remote is working great.

The 12 Volt solutions plug & play remote start is AWESOME!!! It arrived quickly and installation was so easy and quick. The install took less than 10 minutes to complete. And the customer service team is great!!! I am fortunate enough to live near the 12 Volt solutions office and was able to drive there and have the second step of the programming completed while I waited and Ayden helped complete the final steps right there. This is really a great upgrade for any vehicle doesn't have remote start. And a Great company to work with! I could not be more pleased.
It’s not a one star, but I’m being asked for feedback before I have received the module back from stage 2 programming. I did stage one and sent it back the day I received it, I can’t go any faster
Works great! Long distance isn't as far as advertised but significantly farther then any key fob. Little pricey but keeps it simple on the plug and play. Would do it again especially for the basic one.
