Nice packaging but instructions or only online and trying to follow a link that takes you to another link with someone talking real fast is not a good recipe for a quality install. I paid quality money for this product and received below average support. Will not recommend to anyone.

It really is plug and play! It works perfectly with my key fob. It also works very well with the app once you get it going if you purchase that as well.
Excellent app for remote start! I wasn't sure what the protocol was without calling in, but the voxxelectronics customer service was phenomenal! The video that accompanying 12 volt solutions for app install was incorrect in the app version it said I needed. 12 volt solutions also didn't provide the protocol that was needed for the setup with the app so I couldn't have done it without calling voxxelectronics. But overall I am satisfied with the end result!
Have some car maintenance experience. Not a whole lot of electrical work in cars though they step-by-step guide made it super easy to install this remote start kit on my wife’s 2018 Platinum Sequoia. Super stoked on being able to use this to heat/cool the car before we get to it throughout various seasons.

Have had the 12v kit in my Tacona, Civic, and now the Q7. Easy plug and play. Took me 45 minutes to install with no issues, simple tools, and a video tutorial.
