I received different remotes than what was advertised and shown in the install videos. The install video was different than my model. I eventually got the remote start to work but the lock/unlock does not work. I have previously installed the same kit in another vehicle of mine and that worked fine. So I am not sure what went wrong this time. Tech support was responsive, but in the end, I am thinking I will return these.

For some reason the 2022 A6 has limited after market accessories. I was nervous about buying out of fear it wouldn’t work, but it did. The video installation videos were perfect, and installation was super easy. I only had one issue with the video, the way the video showed the key going into the keybox. I put it in according to video, and it did not work. I installed Friday night and missed customer support. I was able to email and ended up calling on Friday after a couple emails. Jr answered and my problem was as simple as having the key in the box backwards. I never would have thought that would have made a difference but it did. If you are installing in an Audi, put the Audi rings on remote closer to the green connector. After getting the remote working, the app was easy to get working also. Overall great product.
Product was as described. Instructions were great.Hardest part was pulling the factory plugs out.Also have toaccommodatethe space a little so the panels go back in neatly.Greatoverallno issues at all.
I bought a Remote starter for my 2013 Toyota Venza, when 1st received my order the wire harness was not the correct 1. I did contact 12v Solutions via an E-mail and I was surprised how quick they respond my mail and send me the correct harness. Installation was so easy after watching the Support Videos. This Product Works as Describe Truly Plug n Play, no splicing or running wires here and there.

Great kit, 4/10 difficulty to install but pretty straightforward if you’re somewhat handy with removing a few bolts and unplugging some things. This is my second kit from 12volt. They provide a great video, watch thoroughly first is my only recommendation to know what you’re doing .

Excellent plug and play made it easy to add remote start with app functionality. Only knock was the harness to the push start to start required modification to fit. For anyone with a similar issue with their q3, the instructions say to cut the harness, but all you need to do is separate the shell from the plug and swap it around.

The product works as described, but installation was harder than expected. The install videos were for 2019 Audi Q7 with Bose Audio, but I have the B&O Upgraded Audio; so the removal instructions were different. Also the instructions did not include re-assembly. It took so much longer to put it all back together and make all the panels fit perfectly.
Installation was a little hairy for me (a novice at such things) but doable. Works like a champ. Love having remote start on my 2021 Tundra!

Works great, took about 30 minutes to install with watching the videos. Only thing I wish it did is not turn off when the door is opened.
