Excellent product. The module worked as promised. Easy install. Did the mail in/mail back option for stage 2. And that went smoothly. Did have difficulty getting my long distance remotes to connect. But the team got on the phone and walked me through getting everything straightened out. Excellent service.

I've been using the remote start for my GX460 for a couple of years now, but I thought of purchasing the add-on app module recently. I only have great things to say about the CL7 including the app. I left my vehicle at the airport where temperature in the winter time tend to drop below 32F. Even though the vehicle was left for 2 weeks, having the option to start or warm it up half way through may have helped reduce the risk of draining the battery .due to the cold temps. On top of being able to have visibility of the battery voltage real time, I also had visibility of the location of the car and was able to set the "guard mode." Best of all, the car was warmed up and good to upon my return to the airport.

It's hard to rate at this moment do the fact that I've got to watch more than videos that you guys have sent me. It is not just plug and play there's a lot of do this to that do this do that do this that this and this and you might get it programmed

My husband installed one for himself and one for my car and was able to get it done in about 30 minutes each. He does have somewhat of a car repairing background, but does not do this professionally. Everything was labeled very helpfully and when he had trouble and called customer service they stayed on the line with him until he got everything working correctly. Not just a receptionist, their customer service people knew what the product in and out. Extremely helpful. I love it now that I have it.

Great investment for our 08 Sequoia! I had an issue where I was not able to program the long remotes but customer support was great! A quick phone call and about 10mins later, the issue was resolved! Great job 12Volt Team. I highly recommend this product if you’re on the fence.

Still waiting to receive starter after sending it back for stage 2 programming. Called in was told starter was received but they weren’t sure exactly where it was located and I’m still waiting for a call back to see where it is located. But the wiring was pretty easy to install

Looked good at first. I followed the helpful instructions carefully, but the programming with my key fob didn't work. I contacted support about this 7 days ago and haven't heard back except for automated delay emails. I'm still waiting to hear back from support.

Excellent product!! Easiest plug n play I've ever installed. 30mins or less just watch the install video for your vehicle numerous times. You'll knock it out quick. Customer service was great with handling shipping so close to Christmas.

I would give negative stars if I could they did not include instructions. I had to sign back onto the website to get the instructions which weren’t they correct instructions and so far they haven’t forwarded the correct instructions.

Installation was a breeze, it has to be the simplest remote starter install and program ever. the quality of the product is amazing and the support team is there to help you out in the eventof anything being troublesome. 10/10 product and company, easily the best on the market!

Ordered high idle for my 2020 F350. Followed instructions, and item did not work. No email communication returned, calling doesn't work. Someone there, after a week, called to schedule a callback when I was able to be at the truck to troubleshoot, but they never called back. Trying to get a return/ refund now. This should be fun...
